What should I bring to the spa?
We recommend you bring a towel, a covering or robe, and slippers or flip-flops that have not been worn outside. The spa does provide disposable slippers.
What is the cleaning policy at the spa?
Members are expected to clean up after using the hydrotherapy tub and the massage chairs. Cleaning supplies are provided next to the items. Also we ask members to wipe the floors with a dry mop provided. The spa is cleaned regularly throughout the day by spa staff.
How does Sail Away ensure member privacy while using the spa?
Sail Away provides a private door code to each member who books a session. The door code activates a minute before their booking, and only lasts as long as the booking.
Can I bring guests?
We encourage guests, but they must be members. There is a 6 guest limit at the spa.
Is there a place to shower and/or get ready at the spa?
Sail Away has a large three-headed shower as well as changing room and a half-bathroom.
Is there a time limit at the spa?
Members can book all day if they prefer. If the time slot is available, a member can book it as long as they want.
Can I play music in the spa?
There is a bluetooth speaker available for pairing with your personal phone at the spa.
I noticed a member before my slot left the spa messy or violated the code of conduct, what should I do?
Please email Sail Away staff at sailawayspa@outlook.com as soon as possible of any violation of membership rules. The spa will address it immediately.
